Master Planning and Architectural Design Consultancy Services for an international destination Five Star Luxury Ranch Resort & Spa, to be located in the coastal town of Alibaug,  just south of Mumbai The Project features beach access with dramatic views of the Indian Ocean to the west and the Kankeshwar mountains to the east, at a total site area of approximately 21.39 acres and a total gross floor area of 98,366 square meters.  The Project is comprised of a 16-story Hotel (287 keys), Hotel Villas (35 keys), Branded Residential Villas (29 units) and an iconic 14-story Branded Residential Sky Villas Tower (50 units), also including a Signature Rooftop Restaurant, freestanding Spa Village, Ranch Restaurant, Horse Ranch and Residential Clubhouse, with commensurate resort facilities, guest and resident amenities, front and back of house areas.
