Master Planning and Architectural Design Consultancy Services for an international Five Star Luxury Destination Resort, to be located within an existing operating coffee plantation, featuring dramatic views of the Maharajanadurga Fort mountain to the north, with a total site of approximately 99 hectares and a total gross construction area of 97,520 square meters.  The Project shall be comprised of Hotel Guestrooms (122 keys), Hotel Villas (38 keys) and Branded Residential Villas (40 units), also including freestanding Conference Center, Spa Village, Roastery and Residential Clubhouse, with commensurate resort facilities, guest and resident amenities, front and back of house areas.
