Architectural Design Consultancy Services for a Luxury Five Star Beach Resort of approximately 150 Keys, to be developed on a site of approximately 13 hectares.  The Keys shall be comprised of all Villas and Suites, apportioned at approximately 70% Villas and 30% Suites, with a maximum total Gross Construction Area (GCA) of approximately 24,560 square meters (sm) including all constructed project areas, comprising commensurate resort facilities, front and back of house areas, guest amenities and all constructed areas for the Project, excluding parking and external areas.
